Everyone’s favourite UK rapper Skepta has taken to his Instagram stories to tease a never-before-seen version of his upcoming Nike Air Max Tailwind V collaboration. After an initial orange and black colourway was unveiled back in January it now seems that the collaboration will be a dual-pack.
Fans of Skepta are eagerly anticipating this next release, as all of the musicians previous joint-efforts with Nike have been incredibly well-received. He first worked on the Air Max 97 back in 2017 and has since launched his very own versions of the Air Max 97/BW, the Air Max Deluxe and of the course the Shox TL.

This time around the pair shows off a vibrant blue hue, with a black exoskeleton layer adorning the uppers. Hits of purple and metallic silver finish off the colourway, with a jewelled Nike Swoosh logo featured on both the lateral and medial sides. Limited-edition SKAir branding is located at the tongues, once again pointing to the collaborative nature of these sneakers.
While we can’t fully see the sole unit from the leaked images, it looks as if it will be a blacked-out unit, with various different Nike Air Max units encased underfoot to ensure optimal comfort at all times. If you’re looking to get your hands on the Skepta x Nike Air Max Tailwind V you’ll have to sit tight a little longer just yet, as no official release details have emerged.
